  • Though they are not compulsory, antenatal classes aim to help you and your partner to focus on your pregnancy and help you to be prepared for labour and birth.

    Your antenatal class will prepare you for the highs and lows of parenthood..

  • 1 full day course will cover everything you need. I recommend that you attend your antenatal class between 28-36 weeks.

  • Your classes maybe covered under your private insurance plans.  Check with your provider to find out more.
