ABOUT ME

A woman with blonde hair tied in a bun, wearing glasses, a gray shirt, and a light-colored cardigan, standing indoors against a textured wall.

My name is Fiona Walsh, and I am an experienced community midwife with over 25 years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood across Dublin and Kildare.

Through Antenatal Dublin, I provide evidence-based antenatal education, birth preparation, and practical, supportive guidance for expectant parents in Dublin and online across Ireland.

With over 25 years of experience practising as a midwife in both Ireland and the UK, I have been providing antenatal classes for more than 20 years. I currently work in one of Dublin’s busiest maternity hospitals and remain up to date in all aspects of maternity care, pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding, and newborn support.

My aim is to help parents feel informed, reassured, and confident as they prepare for the arrival of their baby and the journey into early parenthood.
