I aim to make all classes both informative and enjoyable, preparing for birth and early parenthood.
All topics are covered in both class types.
All classes include refreshments and a fully comprehensive information pack. 

ONE TO ONE CLASSES​​
A private One-to-One class is tailored to your individual needs and offered in a relaxed, intimate setting.
​These one-to-one classes offer flexibility with dates and times.
One-to-one antenatal classes are typically half a day. 
Classes are available either in person or online via video, with flexibility on weekdays, evenings or weekends to suit your needs.  ​ 

​Cost is 200 Euro

​GROUP CLASSES 
Small Antenatal Group classes start at 9:45am and finish at 2:00pm.
A coffee break is included in the allocated time.

​Cost is 150 Euro
