Our antenatal classes in Dublin and online across Ireland are designed to help expectant parents feel informed, prepared, and confident for pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and early parenthood.
Led by experienced community midwife Fiona Walsh, our antenatal course content combines evidence-based information with practical guidance and supportive preparation for birth and life with your new baby.

Though they are not compulsory, antenatal classes aim to help you and your partner to focus on your pregnancy and help you to be prepared for labour and birth.
Your antenatal class will prepare you for the highs and lows of parenthood.. -
1 full day course will cover everything you need. I recommend that you attend your antenatal class between 28-36 weeks.
